02 - 4 large dill pickles, whole
03 - 4 slices cheddar cheese or Swiss cheese
04 - 4 ounces cream cheese, softened

06 - 1 tablespoon finely diced red onion
07 - 1 tablespoon yellow mustard

# Method:

01 - Lay out each flour tortilla on a clean cutting board.
02 - Evenly spread 1 ounce (approximately 2 tablespoons) of softened cream cheese across the surface of each tortilla using a spreading knife.
03 - Place one slice of cheddar cheese or Swiss cheese in the center of each tortilla.
04 - If desired, sprinkle chopped dill and diced red onion over the cheese and drizzle with yellow mustard.
05 - Position one whole dill pickle at the edge of each prepared tortilla.
06 - Tightly roll up each tortilla around the pickle, enclosing all fillings completely.
07 - Slice each roll into 1-inch pieces with a sharp knife or present whole as preferred.
