# Method:
01 - Pat salmon cubes dry with paper towels and place them in a mixing bowl.
02 - Mix Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
03 - Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over salmon cubes, tossing gently to coat all sides evenly.
04 - Heat olive oil or melted butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
05 - Arrange salmon cubes in a single layer without overcrowding. Sear for 1–2 minutes per side, turning with tongs, until all sides are blackened and salmon is just cooked through (internal temperature 125–130°F).
06 - Remove skillet from heat and let salmon cubes rest for 2 minutes.
